1968. Três caras do "The Monarchs" e dois caras do "The Percussions", se desgarraram dos seus grupos originais e formaram o "The Stylistics". Em 1970 gravaram seu primeiro hit [You're a Big Girl Now], e dois anos depois emplacaram 12 sucessos na parada norte-americana, dentre eles este aí da 3ª faixa do long play ou- atualizando o linguajar- bolachão.

Esta é do meu tempo de colégio, e tocava alto nas caixas hi-fi do Colégio Auxiliadora, em Bagé, na hora do recreio.
